How Do I Message An Inmate In Sedgwick County Jail?

How Do I Message An Inmate In Sedgwick County Jail?

Sedgwick County Jail does not offer direct messaging services or email communication for inmates.

There are other ways to communicate with inmates while they are incarcerated…

  1. Mail – You can send letters or postcards to inmates at Sedgwick County Jail through traditional mail services. Make sure to include the inmate’s full name, booking number (if known), and the address of the jail on the envelope. Check the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office website or contact them directly for the correct mailing address.
  2. Phone Calls –  Inmates may be allowed to make outgoing phone calls to approved contacts. If you’re on the inmate’s approved call list, you can receive calls from them during designated hours. Keep in mind that there may be restrictions on phone calls, and inmates may need to purchase calling cards or use a prepaid account to make calls.
  3. Visitation – Depending on the jail’s policies and procedures, you may have the option to visit the inmate in person during scheduled visitation hours. Check the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office website or contact them directly for information about visitation rules, scheduling, and visiting hours.

Follow the jail’s rules and guidelines for communication with inmates to ensure that your messages are received and that you comply with any restrictions or limitations. Be sure to provide accurate information and verify any requirements or procedures with the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office before attempting to communicate with an inmate.
