If you paid the court directly, then you will get a refund regardless of whether or not you are found guilty. If you skip court, then you are what is called a “skip”, and the money you paid to the court as assurance that you would appear in court at your appointed time is non-refundable.

If you paid a bail bonds agency the standard 10% fee of the total bond amount, that money is non-refundable because the 10% fee is what they charge as a service fee for putting up the whole bail bond amount on your behalf.
